SUMMARY:Aranda Verde: renaturalización Avenida Castilla (fase 1)
DESCRIPTION:Nos enorgullece haceros partícipes de la próxima actividad organizada por ARANDA VERDE\, iniciativa de ARANDA EMBAJADORES de la que formamos parte: el domingo 6 de abril se llevará a cabo la primera fase de renaturalización de la AVENIDA CASTILLA\, plantando 500 pensamientos en los alcorques de los árboles ubicados entre el número 15 y el 64 de esta avenida. ¿Te sumas? \nEs una actividad voluntaria y popular\, abierta a todos los públicos\, que cuenta con el apoyo de la Concejalía de Medio Ambiente de Aranda de Duero. El proyecto genérico consiste en la renaturalización de nuestras calles y consta de tres acciones que irán tomando forma a lo largo del año: \n  \n\nEl primer paso que tendrá lugar será la plantación de 500 plantones de pensamientos en los alcorques de los árboles\, que un vivero de las inmediaciones va a donar para el próximo domingo día 6 de abril (11:00 horas). Esta actividad es muy recomendable para niños y mayores por su labor didáctica pero es necesaria la colaboración de todos. Esta actividad está aprobada por la Concejalía de Medio Ambiente del Ayuntamiento de Aranda de Duero.\n\nPunto de encuentro: Avenida Castilla 64 (Gasolinera)\n\n\n\n  \n\nEl segundo paso es la siembra entre distintas asociaciones de unas 30 variedades de flores que florecerán en verano. Estas flores pretenden dar color a nuestras calles y sin duda su floración será algo de lo que podemos disfrutar y cuidar durante todo el verano. Esta actividad será también para todo tipo de público\, su puesta en marcha es menos laboriosa que la anterior y se llevará a cabo durante el mes Abril a falta de concretar el día.\n\n  \n\nEn tercer lugar\, una vez ya esté florecido en verano\, junto con la asociación de poetas Amarillo Trigo y quienes sientan el interés por la poesía\, colgaremos unos poemas con lazos de colores en los troncos de los árboles. DESCRIPTION:El viernes 4 de abril a las 16:00h\, en el marco del Pacto Climático Europeo\, realizaremos una Ruta del Clima y la Biodiversidad en Aranda de Duero\, sumándonos a las realizadas la semana anterior en Málaga\, Madrid\, Barcelona\, Valencia y Zaragoza! \nDurante los itinerarios hablaremos y veremos en el terreno los impactos (como la DANA de Valencia)\, causas y soluciones de la crisis climática\, tanto a nivel de acción ciudadana y empresarial como de reordenación urbana. \nEn Aranda\, durante un paseo de 1h30\, vamos a visitar tres localizaciones urbanas y periurbanas donde se podrían llevar a cabo proyectos de renaturalización (reintroducción y mejora de la biodiversidad) con amplios beneficios para la resiliencia frente a los impactos climáticos (inundaciones\, olas de calor\, etc.) y el bienestar de la gente. \nNos vemos el viernes a las 16:00 en Ribering! \n

SUMMARY:El volcán - Taller de ciencia para niños con la Universidad de Burgos
DESCRIPTION:¿Alguna vez has visto un volcán en erupción? Espero que\, si lo has visto\, no haya sido de cerca\, ya que sería bastante peligroso. En cualquier caso\, seguro que conoces el nombre de algún volcán\, e incluso los habrás visto en la televisión. \nPara conocer cómo es y cómo actúa un volcán\, hay que entender que en el interior dela tierra existe una roca fundida conocida como magma\, que busca una salida hacia el exterior de la tierra a través de las grietas. Al salir a la superficie\, el magma se convierte en lava\, que cuando se enfría se convierte en roca. \nEn este sexto y último taller de la serie de talleres en Ribering para Educación Primaria\, construiremos nuestro propio volcán. ¡Atención! Es posible que nos manchemos un poco\, aunque son sustancias fáciles de lavar\, y\, por supuesto\, no son tóxicas ni peligrosas. Las sustancias que usaremos para la reacción química son… ¡secretas! Lo descubrirás el día del taller. \nCon una combinación de programación creativa\, aprendizaje experiencial y metodología STEM\, descubrirás la magia que esconde la química. ¡Prepárate para una aventura educativa inolvidable mientras exploramos juntos los secretos de un volcán! \n Para el experimento es necesario llevar una botella de agua vacía de tamaño pequeño (de las de 33 cl). \nCuándo: Sábado 29 de marzo de 2025 \n\nGrupos y horarios:\n¡atención con las edades y los respectivos horarios! \n\nGrupo 1 (10:30-12:00): 5º y 6º de Primaria (EPO)\nGrupo 2 (12:30-14:00): 1º a 4º de Primaria (EPO)\n\n\n\n Los niños permanecerán sin sus acompañantes adultos (padre\, madre\, etc.) durante el taller\, debiendo éstos abandonar las instalaciones al inicio del mismo\, y volviendo a la hora estipulada de su finalización para recogerles.  \n  El día del taller no es necesario traer impresa la inscripción\, ¡basta con dar el nombre al llegar! \n No se admiten cancelaciones con menos de una semana de antelación al taller al que te has inscrito.

DESCRIPTION:Última de las cuatro sesiones de ESCUELA DE FAMILIAS\, actividad formativa para padres de hijos adolescentes o preadolescentes que organiza CESFA (Centro de Estudios de la Familia) en el espacio de Ribering (Aranda de Duero) \nEsta tercera sesión tendrá lugar el viernes 28 de marzo de 2025 bajo el título «Educar la Afectividad: Aprender a Amar«\, y correrá a cargo de José María Monfá\, esposo\, padre y médico\, experto en Matrimonio y Familia y en Afectividad y Sexualidad. Es Presidente de CESFA\, centro de Family Enrichment\, federado en IFFD. \nContenido de esta cuarta sesión: los principales responsables de la educación de los hijos somos los padres\, ayudados por los colegios. Por lo tanto\, es a nosotros a quienes corresponde\, educar la afectividad para enseñar a amar. Por supuesto\, debemos estar atentos a las influencias del entorno que vayan surgiendo y puedan afectarles negativamente. Crear conversaciones propicias para que los hijos pregunten. Nature based Solutions (NbS)\, defined by the IUCN as “actions to protect\, sustainably manage\, and restore natural and modified ecosystems that address societal challenges effectively and adaptively\, simultaneously benefiting people and nature”\, provide critical investment opportunities as they are cost-effective and provide multiple benefits. Actually\, according to the World Economic Forum\, investing in NbS can not only mitigate future environmental catastrophes\, but also generate over US$10 trillion in additional annual business opportunities and 395 million jobs by 2030. Yet\, here is a funding gap\, particularly from the private sector. As stated in UNEP’s State of Finance for Nature 2023 report: \n\nThe funding gap to halt and reverseb biodiversity loss is estimated at US$700 billion annually.\nFunding for NbS is currently at US$200 billion annually\, 30 times lower than funding for activities that have a direct negative impact on nature\, which amounts to US$7 trillion (7 % of global GDP). It exposes a concerning disparity that underscores the urgency to address the interconnected crises of climate change\, biodiversity loss\, and land degradation.\nFinance Nature-based Solutions is led by governments\, contributing with 82 % (US$165 billion)\, while private finance remains modest at 18% (US$35 billion). To meet the Rio Convention targets on limiting climate change to 1.5C\, as well as the Global Biodiversity Framework target to set aside 30 per cent of land and sea by 2030 and achieve land degradation neutrality\, finance flows to NbS must almost triple from current levels (US$200 billion) to reach US$542 billion per year by 2030 and quadruple to US$737 billion by 2050.\n\nIn short\, both public funding and private investment need to increase dramatically\, in conjunction with the re-alignment of finance flows that have a detrimental impact on nature. She joined FAO in 2017\, working at the liaison office in Spain\, where she supported the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the agriculture and food sector. He was a member of the executive committee of the World Conservation Congress held in Spain in 2008\, is a recipient of the Andalusian J. Research Award on Economics for being one of the authors of Malaga’s Green Pact\, and its Local Agenda 21. Moreover\, he led the efforts for the Declaration of the Intercontinental Biosphere Reserve of the Mediterranean area\, and the conservation and governance of the Alboran Sea. He has been part of the European Environment Office and the Mediterranean Information Office. He was the director of the Conference on Finance for Mediterranean Protected Areas in coordination with the Biodiversity Foundation\, as well as the Advanced Seminar on Management of Mediterranean Protected Areas and Local Development. On top of all\, he has taken part in outlining strategic and environmental management plans for the Mediterranean basin. Although born in Bilbao\, he is of Burgos origin and has lived in Burgos since his earliest childhood. He studied Chemistry and received his PhD in Chemical Sciences in 1996 with the thesis “Geochemical processes in the groundwater of the tertiary and quaternary aquifers of the Arlanzón river basin (Burgos)”\, supervised by Dr. Fermín Villarroya Gil. DESCRIPTION:Tod@s sabemos para qué sirve un paracaídas\, pero… ¿sabéis quién inventó el primer prototipo? ¿cómo funcionan los paracaídas? ¿cuántos tipos de paracaídas hay? \nSi alguna vez os habéis hecho estas preguntas\, encontraréis las respuestas en este taller. Aprenderemos sobre la fuerza de la gravedad\, la resistencia del aire\, la superficie de los objetos… ¡Este taller tiene mucha física! No solo eso\, si no que podrás experimentar creando tu propio paracaídas\, y probando después si funciona. \nEn este quinto taller de la serie\, aplicando la metodología STEM\, aprenderás conceptos básicos de mecánica de fluidos de una forma sencilla. Los padres se los han de ir concediendo en la medida en que los comportamientos de los hijos manifiesten que se van haciendo más responsables. Sin embargo\, muchos padres y madres de familia se encuentran con grandes dificultades a la hora de conceder libertades\, porque piensan que esas concesiones merman su autoridad. Indudablemente\, ejercer bien la autoridad es una costosa misión que requiere encontrar el equilibrio entre dos extremos perniciosos para los hijos: la permisividad y la tiranía. Se trata de mantener un gran equilibrio emocional y tener muy claros los objetivos educativos que nos hemos fijado para cada hijo. DESCRIPTION:Los puentes son construcciones muy comunes en nuestra vida cotidiana: los utilizamos para ir a trabajar\, al colegio\, etc. Suelen estar realizados en diferentes materiales\, como piedra\, acero\, hormigón… En Aranda tenemos varios puentes que conectan las dos riberas del Duero y del Arandilla\, que facilitan mucho la vida a los arandinos en su día a día. \nPero ¿alguna vez habéis oído hablar de los puentes autoportantes? Son puentes que se sujetan ¡sólo gracias a su propio peso! Además\, son muy fáciles de montar y desmontar. ¿A quién se le ocurrió esta increíble idea? Gracias a las características de este puente\, y con un poquito de conocimiento de física e ingeniería\, seremos capaces de construir nuestro propio puente autoportante. \nA través de este cuarto taller de la serie\, y aplicando las leyes de la física\, descubrirás la importancia de la ingeniería civil. Pero ¿cómo lo haríamos hace 200 años? ¿Y hace 2000 años? \nHaremos un viaje a través de la historia para conocer las diferentes formas de comunicación\, poniendo atención en la invención del telégrafo. El telégrafo es un sistema que emplea señales eléctricas para la transmisión de mensajes de texto codificados. En este taller aprenderás sobre su funcionamiento\, y también a descifrar mensajes ocultos utilizando el código morse. \nA través de este 3º taller de la serie\, conocerás el funcionamiento de un circuito eléctrico\, y comprenderás la importancia de la tecnología en las comunicaciones. Pero ¿conoces la historia de la celebración de esta festividad? \nLos antiguos celtas creían que el 31 de octubre el mundo de los espíritus se conectaba al mundo de los vivos. Pensaban que los espíritus de los que ya no estaban en la tierra volvían esa noche para visitar a sus familiares y amigos. \nEn este 2º taller de la serie combinamos el aprendizaje sobre la historia de Halloween con el conocimiento de la robótica y la programación. DESCRIPTION:Tras la puesta en marcha del grupo ARANDA ALIMENTA dentro de la iniciativa ARANDA EMBAJADORES\, tendremos el placer de contribuir a reforestar las linderas de la finca agroecológica ‘El Gromecón’ situada en Quintana del Pidio (Burgos)\, a tan solo 15 minutos de Aranda de Duero. Se trata de una propuesta colaborativa de EMPUJE RURAL y su co-fundadora Eva\, abierta a todo el mundo que quiera participar. \nLa actividad tendrá lugar el sábado 16 de noviembre por la mañana\, con salida desde RIBERING a las 09:00 de la mañana para la gente que se apunte desde Aranda de Duero. La actividad se prolongará hasta las 14:30 horas. \nEn la visita aprenderemos del paisaje\, las plantas y veremos el trabajo que hay detrás de la agricultura familiar y orgánica. SUMMARY:Aranda Alimenta: acciones para impulsar la alimentación saludable y agricultura ecológica en Aranda y la Ribera
DESCRIPTION:Dentro de Aranda Embajadores arrancamos el grupo Aranda Alimenta con una sesión participativa para compartir conocimientos\, aprender sobre alternativas de otros lugares y pensar acciones para impulsar la alimentación saludable y agricultura ecológica en Aranda y la Ribera. \nHablaremos de: cómo vincular la producción y el consumo\, de iniciativas como el supermercado cooperativo\, los grupos de consumo o las CSA (Agricultura Apoyada por Comunidades)\, así como los tipos de redes y factores a tener en cuenta en estos procesos. \nPara ello contaremos con la facilitación de dos personas expertas a través del programa europeo «Comunidades por el Clima«: \nIsabel Álvarez Vispo\nEducadora\, Experta en Soberanía alimentaria y Agroecóloga. Dedicada en lo laboral a acompañar desde la investigación y la formación proyectos de desarrollo rural y/o agroecológicos tanto a nivel Estatal como a nivel internacional\, especialmente en redes que vinculan producción y consumo. Además\, dedicada como activista a la incidencia política\, en lo últimos años principalmente en el Comité de Seguridad Alimentaria mundial donde participo en el grupo de trabajo sobre Mujeres y diversidades y el grupo de Fortalecimiento de los Sistemas Alimentarios Urbanos y Periurbanos. En el ámbito estatal vinculada a la Coordinación Baladre de luchas contra la exclusión social. En lo internacional\, Presidenta y Responsable de incidencia política de la red internacional URGENCI de Agricultura Sostenida por la Comunidad. Algunas publicaciones: junto a Daniel López: “Hacia un sistema alimentario sostenible en el Estado Español” (FUHEM\, 2018); “¿Qué comen las que malcomen?”\, ZambraEdiciones (2020) o recientemente junto a Ángel Calle\, “Territorios que alimentan\, Agroecología en 3C frente a sistemas alimentarios rotos” (Icaria\, 2024) \nMaría Vela Campoy\nMaría Vela Campoy es Licenciada en Ciencias Ambientales y Máster en Restauración de Ecosistemas. En 2010 ideó la iniciativa Ecoherencia\, fundando 2 años más tarde la cooperativa con el mismo nombre\, que cuenta con 14 años de trayectoria en proyectos nacionales de Agroecología\, Restauración de Ecosistemas y Educación Ambiental. En la actualidad enfoca su vocación en un nuevo proyecto más local\, Ajo social\, con sede en Almócita (pequeño pueblo de la Alpujarra Almeriense)\, desde donde acompaña y promueve iniciativas de participación\, sinergias y ecoemprendimiento\, ciencia ciudadana\, usos de la biodiversidad e innovación social para dar respuesta a los retos de la emergencia climática y la despoblación rural. Ahondamos en la idea de que el curso está enfocado a los padres\, no a los hijos.
